Compared with traditional PLA, PLA+ of FDM 3D Printing Filaments has an improved fluidity, so its impact resistance performs very well. PLA+ is a modified PLA which is impact resistant, whose toughness and durability has been enhanced without affecting its excellent printing performance while pros of PLA are preserved. Thanks to its low warping and high accuracy, PLA+ possesses a smoother surface which allows it to be used in practical application where higher stiffness is needed.

PLA+ and PLA share the same environmentally friendly formulation, but PLA+ has optimized its layer adhesion and integrated strength, as well as more stain finishing.
Key Features
  • Alternatives to styrene-based materials.
    Alternatives to styrene-based materials.
  • Perfect printing surfaces.
    Perfect printing surfaces.
  • Toughness & Layer Adhesion
Toughness and layer adhesion of PLA+ 3D Printing Filaments are much higher than PLA.
  • High Stiffness
High stiffness, good toughness, easy to color, heat resistant, and excellent impact strength and mechanical properties
  • Not Break
It will not break even toughness is increased or bending is frequent. Smooth incoming of materials during printing ensures stable printing even for a long time working.
  • Higher Comprehensive Property & Cost Performance
It is modified based on PLA with a higher comprehensive property and cost performance.
  • Higher Toughness of Impact Strength
Higher toughness of impact strength, better heat stability and lower wrapping rate than ordinary PLA.
  • Preserve All Pros of PLA
Preserve all pros of PLA: Upgraded tensile makes it not easy to break; Upgraded fusion allows it to be finer; Upgraded temperature ensures the quality more table; Upgraded materials further environmental friendliness.
Advantages of PLA+
____________________________
1. Enhanced Impact Resistance: Compared to the brittle nature of traditional PLA Filament, PLA+ Filament has an optimized formula that provides higher toughness, allowing it to absorb more energy before breaking. It is especially suitable for 3D Prints that need to withstand impact or stress.

2. Excellent Layer Adhesion: PLA+ Filament offers strong interlayer bonding, significantly improving the mechanical strength and structural integrity of the printed parts, making the final products more durable.

3. Minimal Stringing & Oozing: PLA+ Filament has improved print flow performance, effectively reducing stringing during printing, resulting in cleaner and smoother surface finishes and less post-processing work.

4. Easy to Print: It retains the user-friendly characteristics of standard PLA Filament— no heated bed required, low warping, high dimensional accuracy, and relatively low printing temperature, making it ideal for beginners.
5. Environmentally Sustainable: PLA+ Filament is derived from renewable resources (such as corn starch / sugarcane) and possesses good biodegradability.
